Preorder is simple, you pay for your item or a percentage up front and we guarantee the item for you when it arrives on release date*
When you preorder with us, you checkout and pay in full for the item(s) you can sit back and relax until the item(s) are released to the U.S market. On rare occasions, if the item(s) get cancelled by the manufacture, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.
Once we have confirmation of release, we will notify you of the shipping date and we will ship the item to you as soon as we have receive and sort the items in our warehouse.
An invoice will be issued and emailed to the email on file before shipment, please confirm all shipping details within the week. All items will be shipped to the address on file during the preorder process. If you do need to update your address, please contact customer service at cs@ningenlife.com within the week. Otherwise the item will go out and we cannot be responsible if the item is unable to be recovered by our shipping carrier due to wrong address.
