Preorder Policy

Effective January 1, 2022

Please note: All preorder dates are only ESTIMATED DATES set by the manufacturers and are subject to change without prior notice to us; on occasions item(s) do get delayed and we have no control over the manufacturer's released and shipment dates. The release dates and shipment dates does vary occasionally and shipments could also be delayed anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. Rest assure though, unless you receive an email from us that the item is cancelled you will still be able to get your order.

Preorder is simple, you pay for your item or a percentage up front and we guarantee the item for you when it arrives on release date*

When you preorder with us, you checkout and pay in full for the item(s) you can sit back and relax until the item(s) are released to the U.S market. On rare occasions, if the item(s) get cancelled by the manufacture, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

Once we have confirmation of release, we will notify you of the shipping date and we will ship the item to you as soon as we have receive and sort the items in our warehouse.

An invoice will be issued and emailed to the email on file before shipment, please confirm all shipping details within the week. All items will be shipped to the address on file during the preorder process. If you do need to update your address, please contact customer service at cs@ningenlife.com within the week. Otherwise the item will go out and we cannot be responsible if the item is unable to be recovered by our shipping carrier due to wrong address.

*Release dates will vary and may be delayed 2-8 weeks without notice, please be patience.

Please email our customer service team at cs@ningenlife.com. A team member should be able to provide you with an estimated arrival date. You may also log into your account to see if there has been any status updates as well.

Please note: Release dates are only estimated dates and are usually 3 months behind Japan's official released date found elsewhere.

When you preorder from us, or any retailer, we order your item for you in advance and pay in full for the item in advance to the manufacture in order to reserve the item for you. This guarantees that you will receive the item as promised.

Unfortunately, as of January 2022, we are no longer taking 10% pre order deposits DUE TO THE MASSIVE ABUSE OF OUR DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS and the current stock shortage, we have to enforce a pay in full deposit, which is non-refundable after 90 days. This means you are required to pay for your item(s) in full in order to guarantee the item. Again, this is NON-REFUNDABLE after 90 days from the date you place your preorder, with the exception that the item cannot be fulfilled by us or has been canceled by the manufacture.

Please sign-up for our email list if you do not wish to pay in full for a preorder, as we announce preorder release dates in our newsletters. You will be able to purchase those items if there are any stock left over after preorder fulfillments.

On rare occasions manufactures cancel products to the U.S market due to licensing issues or other reasons beyond our control. When this happens, you will be notified and a full refund will be provided to the original form of payments.

Note that unless the manufacture cancels the product, you will receive your preorder as soon as it becomes available to us. Our team rarely oversell a product, so when you preorder with us we will always have ample inventory for all of our customers whom preordered with us.

When your pre-order(s) arrive to our warehouse, your order will be updated and an email will be sent out to you confirm your shipping address. You have 10 days from this notice to make any updates or changes. After 10 days, items will be shipped out accordingly, please message us at cs@ningenlife.com, to make arrangements if you will be out of town or unable to receive your package.Otherwise, all shipments will be sent to original shipping address.

Please take a moment to contact us by emailing us at cs@ningenlife.com or by calling a customer service representative at 626-248-0213. Just changing your address on your account page will not notify us of your address change. Please contact us directly to make sure we have you most current shipping address!

Please note that It is your responsibility to keep your account information updated. if you've moved or are going to be away when you think your pre-order(s) are going to arrive / be shipped out please contact us prior to your shipment. We are not liable if your package ends up going to the wrong address or is stolen. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information regarding shipping issues.

If you are purchasing pre-orders that have different release dates, and would like each item shipped separately, as they become available, please place each order individually. We will only ship items by request if your purchase contains multiple items with different release dates, otherwise your item will be on hold until all your pre-orders has arrived.

If you are planning to purchase in-stock item(s) along with pre-orders, please checkout with your in-stock purchase first or vice versa. In-stock and pre-orders cannot be combined together at the moment due to multiple reasons, therefore, we ask that you place those orders separately so your orders can be fulfilled in a timely manner.

Customers have 90 days from the DATE of your pre-order to make any cancellations or adjustments. After 90 days from date of order, your deposit is non-refundable. We will honor cancellation anytime before 90 days from the order date, without any fees but please do it within 90 days of placing your preorder.

Cancellation is not possible because we use your deposit to pay in full to the manufacture to guarantee your item and we are unable to cancel the order with the manufacture as we might lose our account in doing so.

If you already placed a Preorder with us and within 90 days and you found the same item at a better price elsewhere on the internet (excluding eBay, Amazon, or online stores not located within the U.S) you can contact our customer service team at cs@ningenlife.com and we will try our best to price match the item for you. Before requesting a price match, please take into consideration the shipping cost as many online shops do not offer free shipping or their limit is higher than ours; and we take shipping cost into price matching consideration.

On rare occasions the manufacture cancels a product release due to licensing or other factors, therefore, we are forced to cancel all preorders for the items. If this is the care, we will promptly refund all costumer's deposits.
