30 days return window policy

All new, unopened, unused items and all unopened collectible items have a thirty days (30) return policy for a refund of original purchase price minus 10% restocking fee from date of invoice, or 45 days for store credit of the original purchase price from original date of invoice. Unless product is due to defects or Ningen's error, all return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. If you are local to any of our locations, you may return to our stores at no cost.

Opened Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This includes any of the following

Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging

Items that have visible indications that the packaged has been opened

Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed

Pre-owned or Opened Box Items

Items that are stated as pre-owned/opened box or used for store promotional purposes are not eligible for return or exchanges. Customers must read ranking conditions of pre-owned items before purchasing. Pre-owned figures which were released several years ago may become sticky inside the box/plastic due to its material and stored in a varying temperature environments. This type of issue is customer's responsibility to resolve as we have no control over condition of what goes on inside of pre-owned items.

Pre-Order returns or cancellations

Pre-Order returns or cancellations are subjected to a percentage cancellation fee, please read our Pre-Order Policy prior to placing a pre-order with us.

Dented box corners/sides, damaged flaps

Please understand that dented box corners/sides, damaged flaps, etc are sometimes inevitable We take great care of our shipments and try our best to send out all mint condition boxes and securely wrapped and padded. Sometimes the shipping process of the items to you or to our warehouse from the manufacture, has chances of certain outer boxes getting a little dent. We ask that If the damage is limited to the outer box of the product (such as a crushed corner or bent lid) and the actual product is undamaged, we ask that you grin and bear it if at all possible and accept our apologies. Although, we do offer a collector's box options for an additional surcharge on some products.

Collector's Box Option

With a collector's box packaging upgrade, for a small surcharge, one of our team member will inspect the packaging and find the most mint condition box and we will guarantee that your packaging arrive dent and damaged free. We will guarantee your product packaging to be dent or damaged free or you can exchange the product to us free of charge.

However, if the actual product has been damaged, then please take photos to document the problem, and write to us with your photos within 10 days of receiving the item. We will arrange to supply you with replacement parts or a new item (at our discretion) at no charge. In some cases we may request that you return the damaged item to us, but in these cases we will credit you for the postage cost you paid to do so. In cases where replacement merchandise is not available, we will refund the purchase price of the item, depending on its condition once it is returned to us.

Please know that due to the nature of most figurines, figmas, scale models and toys, there are slight variations in marksmanship of each product. We thoroughly inspect all products before each shipment for defects.

Please contact the manufacture directly first.

All of the products sold on Ningen Life are backed by the manufactures. If you prefer not to hassle with returns or exchanges with us, we highly recommend you to contact the manufacture regarding your defects and most manufacture will send replacements free of charged without returning the product(s) back to them. Most defects can be resolve with a manufacture replace product(s), therefore, it is always best to contact the manufacture directly first.

All of the products sold on Ningen Life are new and factory sealed unless otherwise noted. If on the rare occasion that the merchandise is defective due to a flaw in manufacturing, we will promptly exchange the product for another or issue a refund if the product is no longer unavailable. Please contact our customer service team with details on which you believe to be a defect with photos or videos so we can easily assist you.

All shipping charges for ALL returns, except due to manufacture defects will be the responsibility of the customer. If you require a shipping label to be made or sent to you we will gladly provide one but all shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund of the return.

If you purchase a collectible item (figures, exclusives, statues), returns are only accepted if the collectible item is unopened/sealed in original packaging.

You can return all other item for a refund of the item price, less original shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For US customers, we may be able to provide a shipping label for your convenience. Any label costs will be deducted from your final refund. For international collectors, our customer service team will advise you how to return your item based on location.

Once your item is received, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. It can take up to 14 business days for the funds to post to the original payment method(s), depending on your financial institution. 

At this time, Sideshow does not sell replacement parts. If you need replacement parts, please contact the manufacture directly.
