Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM PST

We operates during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9 AM (Pacific Standard Time) to 5:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time), excluding any federal holidays within the United States. Unfortunately we are not as big as Amazon so we are unable to delivery items same day or next day.

Shipping is a flat rate $4.95 per shipment within the within the United States and its territories via economy shipment. Which means we will ship your item via the most cost effective method available to us.

You may upgrade your shipment via a different available method and carrier during checkout and pay the fee associated with the shipment upgrade.

All international shipments charge will vary based on location and shipment methods chosen during checkout.

All purchases over $300 ships for free

All item(s) purchased with us is processed within 1 to 2 business days Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 to 72 hours after the purchase has been fully processed. Please know that orders may be delayed for up to 48 hours for verification of billing and/or shipping information if the order billing information does not match.

International orders are held for an additional 2 to 3 days for purchase validity and verification.

Please note we are not operational over the weekend for shipments, so all orders placed passed 2:30 PM Friday does not get processed until the following Monday.

Choosing priority mail, overnight, next day or 2/3 day express shipping does not speed up the order processing time, which takes an additional 1-2 business days plus shipping time. If you choose next day shipping, the item will not ship until we have processed the order.

Please also note that orders on Friday after 12pm PST does not get process until the following Monday. We are not opertional and unable to ship over the weekend. Therefore, if you do choose express shipping, your order will not go out at the earliest, Monday evening.

All orders with economy shipping or free shipping are shipped through USPS parcel post or UPS Ground and usually arrive within an estimated 5 to 7 full business days from original date of shipment within the 48 Contiguous United States. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

If you are in California or the west coast, your can expect your order to arrival 1-2 days earlier.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories may take a few days longer due to air or sea transportation.

USPS Priority, (3-5 business days) Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 3-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Please note: MOST chemicals, paints, clay and most Mr. Hobby items are flammable and require extra handling time and can only be shipped via USPS Ground. Regardless of shipping method chosen, these items can only be shipped via restricted method.

Sometimes we do have delays and issues in shipments, especially international and large orders.

Customer service will reach out if there is issues with your order. Please contact customer service if your order has been in processing more than 5 days, sometimes our emails fall into SPAM and you might have missed the email.

Custom, Duties or taxes is applicable and the responsibility of the buyer, Ningen LLC do not control the Customs, duties or taxes charged by your country. Please check with your country before making a purchase from us.

Please note that expedited shipping, overnight or 2nd day air is not available for orders being shipped internationally, which includes Canada. You can expect delivery within 2 - 3 full business weeks from the date of shipment. Sometimes sooner but we are unable to guarantee delivery time. Due to fraud protection, most orders coming from South East Asia, Russia, Middle East and countries in Africa are held an additional 2 - 3 days for verification.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS tracking numbers are transferred to your local postal service. Please check tracking number with your local postal service upon departure from the United States to your country.

If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to upgrade the shipping method please contact us directly, the difference in shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

99% of our items bought and shipped to customers are mint condition, inside and out. We say 99% of the time because there is a 1% chance we miss a small tear or crease somewhere. For products that do have box damages, we usually have a place for those in our Preowned section.

If you receive your items and it was noticeably damaged by the shipping carrier please document the damages within 3 days of receiving your items. That includes taking pictures or video of the damaged shipment including outside shipping box, inside content and the shipping label.

PLEASE NOTE: Damaged, dented, or scratched outside boxes of your items are not considered shipping damages. Please read the damaged box question for further details.

Please contact us right away regarding the issue and send all media documents to our customer service team. We will handle shipment damages for you and provide either a refund or replacement once we received the damaged item(s) back to us for investigation.

Please understand that dented box corners/sides, damaged flaps, etc are sometimes inevitable We take great care of our shipments and try our best to send out all mint condition boxes and securely wrapped and padded. Sometimes the shipping process of the items to you or to our warehouse from the manufacture, has chances of certain outer boxes getting a little dent. We ask that If the damage is limited to the outer box of the product (such as a crushed corner or bent lid) and the actual product is undamaged, we ask that you grin and bear it if at all possible and accept our deepest apologies. Fortunately, we do have a collector's box options for a small surcharge.

With a collector's box packaging upgrade, one of our team member will inspect the packaging and find the most mint condition box and we will guarantee that your packaging arrive dent and damaged free, otherwise, you can exchange the product to us free of charge. This is necessary to offset the time and materials used and return shipment, which is unfortunately not sustainable for us.

Tracking number is provided once your item(s) are shipped. Tracking information is updated once the carrier starts moving your package. Sometimes tracking does not update until a few days after carrier pickup.

You may find your tracking number through your order status by logging into your account, or by your order confirmation email.

Please note that international shipment via any USPS International Mail does not include continuous tracking door to door. Meaning once the shipment reaches your home country, the tracking number is passed over to your local postal carrier. Each country has their own postal carrier, please check with your home country's postal carrier for any tracking information.

If you wish to have the most accurate tracking information please choose to ship by UPS, DHL or FedEx.
