The film was shown to an American audience first at the Sakura-Con 2010 in Seattle, Washington on Friday, April 2nd, 2010 at 5:00 PM, and the director held a 15-minute Q&A session before the movie, explaining the reasons it was not dubbed, subbed, and why it was premiered first at the convention, also explaining the new characters.

He is a Plant, inter-dimensional beings that are tapped as a source of power and energy, and being so gives him superhuman powers and a capability to destroy cities, thus acquiring the name The Humanoid Typhoon due to the destruction & chaos which surrounds him, and subsequently The $$60,000,000,000.00 Man, because of the price on his head. He has long prevented himself to destroy, and wielding a huge silver revolver, he travels from town to town, keeping the peace and teaching townsfolk the value of it.
